1. Content you add. Everything you add to an App is stored in your own Wix site’s data, hosted by Wix. The App reads it to show it on your site. We do not run our own servers for the Apps, and we don’t copy, sell or use your content for any other purpose. You decide what to add and are responsible for having permission from any person you name or show, for example in a testimonial.

2. Plan information. To unlock Premium features, an App checks your site’s plan through Wix inside the Wix Editor and your dashboard. Wix may also share basic installation and billing information with us through our Wix developer account, such as which sites have an App and which plan they use. We use it only to provide the Apps, support you and manage billing.

3. Site visitors. The Apps don’t use cookies, don’t track visitors and don’t collect visitors’ personal information. Searches and category choices stay in the visitor’s browser and are not sent to us. To load faster, an App may keep a copy of the content already shown on the page, and the font files it uses, in the visitor’s browser storage; that copy holds only public content from the site.

4. Sharing buttons and links. Some Apps can show share buttons, social profile links or buttons to other websites, if you turn them on. Nothing is sent to those services until a visitor clicks one; the visitor then goes to that service, which follows its own privacy policy.

5. Search engines. FAQ Pro can add your public questions and answers to the page in a format search engines read (FAQ structured data). It contains only what is already shown on your page.

6. When you contact us. If you email us for support, we use your email address and message only to reply and to improve the Apps, and we keep them only as long as needed for that.

7. Wix. Wix hosts your site, your data, your images and all payments. Wix’s privacy policy covers how Wix handles that information.

8. Sharing. We don’t sell personal information. We share information only when the law requires it.

9. Keeping and deleting data. Your content stays in your Wix site’s data until you delete it in the App’s manager in your dashboard. Removing an App stops it from showing your content; how Wix keeps app data after removal follows Wix’s own rules.

10. Your rights. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information. For information in your site’s content, use the App’s manager in your dashboard. For anything we hold, such as support emails, contact us below.

11. Children. The Apps are meant for Wix site owners and aren’t directed at children.

12. Changes. We may update this policy, for example when an App adds a new feature that handles information differently. The date at the top shows the latest version.
